At Dylan Oaks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your jewelry doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the jewelry in its original Dylan Oaks presentation box and secure it inside a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
